PulseNet International have developed an exercise module to complement the PulseNet International BioNumerics Training Series. Participants will be allowed access to a training database in BioNumerics 7.6 and perform analyses using the Applied Maths calculation engine. Access to this training database will allow participants to complete exercises associated with the training series.

The intended audience for these webinar trainings are PulseNet International participating laboratory scientists using BioNumerics 7.6 software. These are basic level trainings for persons who are not experienced or moderately experienced in the data analysis workflow for whole genome sequencing (WGS) using BioNumerics in the PulseNet program.

Registration is limited to PulseNet International Asia Pacific member laboratories performing WGS on enteric isolates.

Due to limited training licenses, only one person per PulseNet participating lab should make this request. Additional laboratory members should work together on the training exercises.
